What makes us Baptists?
We are a church congregation of people from all parts of the world who have in common that they believe and are excited about the fact that Jesus Christ loves all people. As an outward sign of this inner process, we are baptised (Greek "baptistein" means "to baptise"). Legally, our congregation belongs to the Federation of Evangelical Free Churches in Germany (a public corporation), and at the same time we are part of the Regional Association Baden-Württemberg. We feel particularly connected to the Baptist congregations in the immediate vicinity: Singen, Überlingen, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg and Waldshut.
What is important to us?
We experience that faith in and relationship with Jesus Christ has an impact on life. The security and hope that this relationship gives, gives us the freedom to be there for people, to take them seriously, to give them a home.
Who are our leaders?
Our church congregation is represented by three so-called elders. They coordinate their actions closely with the church leadership and the whole congregation according to democratic principles.

Who do we work with regularly?
We work together with other Christian churches in Konstanz and Kreuzlingen. These are organised in the Evangelische Allianz Konstanz and the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Christlicher Kirchen Konstanz, among others. In Konstanz-Allmannsdorf, we maintain good contacts with the Evangelische Kreuzgemeinde and the Katholische Kirchengemeinde St. George - Maria Hilf.
